SMALL PART MACHINING - Small Part Milling with German-Engineered High Speed CNC Machining Center.
Small Part Machining logically requires the use of small tools. And to use small tooling efficiently you need a high speed spindle. DATRON high speed CNC machining centers are built from the ground up around 40,000 - 60,000 RPM spindles specifically designed for small part machining. So the footprint of our machines is also small. What is not small is the work area (40" x 30" on a standard model). What this means is that small parts can be batch machined. Better still, is that we have integreated workholding solutions like a 40" x 30" vacuum table to reduce set up time. Plus we have up to 5 Axis capability, 3D Probing and Automatic Tool Changing!
